Animated from manga, based on a popular manga created by the tag team of Akasaka Aka("Kaguya-sama: Love Is War") and Yokoyari Mengo("Scum's Wish").
The manga is a graphic depiction of the light and shadow of the idol entertainment industry, but its approach is unique in that an idol who is beginning to gain popularity conceives twin babies and her heavy fan becomes involved as a doctor. The 1st episode is 90 minutes long in which the doctor is attacked and killed by thugs, but is reincarnated as one of the twin babies, and then the environment surrounding the mother idol woman is described and analyzed from an adult's point of view.
Despite its shiny graphic and design, the content is extremely heavy and that was proved by the last scene of the 1st episode even.
