New anime started from Oct/2015.
This is the 2nd season of an anime adaptation of a popular manga original, following the 1st season (Apr-Jun/2015, 12 episodes).
It depicts an Earth where only children under 13 years old can survive, and the world of vampires who rule it.
The previous season began with a careful depiction of the world and ended with the start of a large-scale battle. This season, powerful battle scenes have been unfolding from the first few episodes, and we are very much looking forward to the future development of the series.
The production team is the same as last season: production by WIT STUDIO ("Attack on Titan"), director Tokuto Daisuke(Attack on Titan: storyboards), composition/screenplay Seko Hiroshi(Attack on Titan: screenplay), character design Kadowaki Satoshi(Attack on Titan: chief animation director), and splendid voice casts Irino Miyu("Spirited Away" : Haku), Ono Kensho("Kuroko's Basketball":Kuroko Tetsuya), Hayami Saori("The Irregular at Magic High School":Shiba Miyuki), Okamoto Nobuhiko("My Hero Academia":Bakugo Katsuki), Ishikawa Kaito("Haikyū!!":Kageyama Tobio), Iguchi Yuka("A Certain Magical Index":Index), Nakamura Yuichi("The Irregular at Magic High School":Shiba Tatsuya), Sakurai Takahiro("CODE GEASS Lelouch of the Rebellion":Kururugi Suzaku), Yuki Aoi("Puella Magi Madoka Magica" : Kaname Madoka), Maeno Tomoaki("Cells at Work! ":White Blood Cell) and others.
Now we will see how far they will go in this 2nd season while the original manga is still being serialized. We will keep an eye on it.
