It is an anime adaptation of a manga.
The story revolves around a girl who inherits an old house due to a will and her interactions with a beautiful supernatural being (ayakashi) and its companions that reside in the house.
Since the original work is a girls manga, anime is designed in a gentle artistic touch also.
Produced by Drive ("Spirit Chronicles"), directed by Bob SHIROHATA ("Gifuu Doudou!!: Kanetsugu to Keiji": Director), with composition/screenplay by Aoki Yasuko(Phantom of the Idol: Screenplay & Composition).
