The anime aired in Sep/2023, in two parts.
Animated from a manga, with the 1st TV series (Jan-Mar 2019, episodes), the 2nd (Jan-Mar 2021, 12 episodes), and the theater version (May/2022) covering up to the conclusion of the original manga, but this work will depict episodes that were not covered in that series.
The production company and director have been changed to SHAFT INC.("Bakemonogatari") and Miyamoto Yukihiro("Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story season 2": Director), but the composition Ochi Keiichiro(Girlfriend, girlfriend: Composition/Screenplay) remains unchanged.
An animated film to be released in May 2022.
It is an anime adaptation of the original manga and follows the 1st (Jan-Mar 2019, 12 episodes) and 2nd (Jan-Mar 2021, 12 episodes) seasons of the TV series, covering the completion of the original manga.
The production company Bibury Animation Studios G.K., the composition by Ochi Keiichiro remains unchanged from the 2nd anime season, and the director has been changed from Kaori to Jimbo Masato.
The main character is played by Matsuoka Yoshitsugu("Sword Art Online":Kirito), and the five heroines are played by Hanazawa Kana("Bakemonogatari":Sengoku Nadeko), Taketatsu Ayana("K-On!":Nakano Azusa), Ito Miku("Princess Connect Re:Dive":Kokkoro), Sakura Ayane("Non Non Biyori ":Koshigaya Natsumi), and Minase Inori("Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World-" : Rem), who play the five children, are of course unchanged.
The question of who the protagonist will ultimately choose among the quintuplets has come to one conclusion, and the reasons for this are well explained in this series.
