New anime started from Jul/2023.
It is based on a well-known popular manga (1994-99, 255 episodes), which has already been made into a TV anime (1996-98, 94 episodes), but this is a new production with a new production team and voice casts.
According to the official website, it has been confirmed that the series will run for two consecutive seasons, and it will be interesting to see how much of the original manga will be covered during this time.
Incidentally, the 1996-98 TV anime covered up from "Tokyo Arc" and "Kyoto Arc" and did not cover the "Jinchu Arc". The original manga artist Watsuki Nobuhiro was not heavily involved in the content of the work.
