This is the 4th season of an anime adaptation of a popular manga, following the 1st (Apr-Jun/2016, 12 episodes), 2nd (Oct-Dec/2016, 13 episodes), and 3rd (Apr-Jun/2019, 12 episodes) seasons.
The story is about literary giants of the Taisho and Showa eras who fight using powers named after their respective writings and other works.
In this 4th season, the story unfolds from the solving of a mystery between Fukuzawa Yukichi and the young boy detective Edogawa Rampo.
