The title is quite eccentric, but as the name suggests, it's a story about peoples who have been given some sort of different ability and are suddenly forced to fight each other after a 5 second countdown.
The tactics of fighting while trying to figure out each other's abilities is reminiscent of "Big Order"(manga illustrator Esuno Sakae).
