The anime is based on a manga.
It depicts the emotional interaction between an aristocratic sergeant who is cursed to cause the death of animals and plants if he touches them, and Alice, a slightly sexy maid who follows him around. Only the protagonist is called "Duke", but all the other characters have their own names. I wonder if the author wanted to depict the main character in the first person.
Despite the cute touch of the pictures, the content is quite aesthetic and sad, and I never get tired of watching it.
