This is an anime adaptation of a light novel.
It is a love comedy that revolves around a love triangle between the main character, the woman he has a crush on, and his childhood friend who loves him.
The story progresses almost entirely around the three characters, who are played by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka ("Sword Art Online", "No Game No Life"), Inori Minase ("Re:CREATORS", "Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World-"), and Ayane Sakura ("Is the Order a Rabbit?","Non Non Biyori"). I watched the first few episodes, and it was like watching a high-level theatrical work.
