Set in a Western-style fantasy world where everyone receives the blessing of an animal god upon turning sixteen, the story follows a timid young countess who—unexpectedly—receives the blessing of the mightiest creature in the animal kingdom: a gorilla.
The series portrays her confusion and chaotic rise to fame through a series of unintentional yet heroic exploits.
Her accidental achievements and the attention they bring are both hilarious and heartwarming.
The story’s pacing is crisp, and the visuals are excellent.
