An anime adaptation of a manga.
The story depicts the leader of an evil organization plotting to invade Earth, taking a leisurely tone as he finds solace in activities such as observing pandas at the zoo during day off. Although the setting is fictional, the narrative is presented in a slice-of-life style, focusing on almost everyday situations. The heartwarming scenes are interspersed with monologues by the protagonist, played by Asanuma Shintaro , creating a surreal and entertaining atmosphere.
