This is an original work by TMS Entertainment ("Detective Conan") and the brothers Kawamoto Homura("Kakegurui: Compulsive Gambler") and Takeno Hikaru, and is a media mix project with other initiatives running concurrently.
It depicts "High Card," a secret organization that collects playing cards that are misused by people to get evil powers.
It will be interesting to see what kind of ending awaits at the end of the cards being collected.
