Production by SIGNAL.MD,Inc. ("Recovery of an MMO Junkie", "I'm glad I could keep running"). Directed by Haruki Kasugamori ("Chinyuuki: Tarou to Yukai na Nakama-tachi", "Kemono Friends: Welcome to the Japari Park"), with voice acting by Shun Horie ("Juuni Taisen", "Sarazanmai") as the dragon, Kaito Ishikawa ("My Hero Academia", "One-Punch Man") as the elf, Shiori Izawa ("The Asterisk War", "Made in Abyss"), Misato Fukuen ("Strike Witches", "Non Non Biyori"), Daisuke Hirakawa ("Free!", "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Shooters"), M.A.O. ("Katana Maidens: Toji No Miko", "Our Maid is Way Too Annoying!") et al. It's like watching a surreal comedy show. Leo Morimoto's unhurried narration is also very appropriate.
Also, due to the nature of the real estate theme, Japanese famous real estate company is sponsoring , which is very unique. You can see a special TV commercial with a dragon and an elf.
