The anime is based on a very popular manga that has been published a total of 30 million copies.
It is a love comedy about the main character, a girl who is surrounded by men who have the constitution that if they touch a woman, they will change into one of the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac.
The original manga was serialized from 1998 to 2006, and was animated once in 2001 (26 episodes), but this is a continuation of the remake that was reworked in 2019. So this is the third period following the previous period aired from April to September 2019 (25 episodes) and April to September 2020 (25 episodes). The subtitle of the anime is "The Final", so it seems to be the last part.

The image on the official website has also changed from bright colors to darker colors, and it seems to depict the curse of the animal-possessed Kusama family and its release in a profound way. The development in the beginning is also quite heavy.
