New anime started from Jan/2017. Animated from a manga.
It is a romantic comedy in which a short fat boy improves his appearance to win back the girl who rejected him.
While the storyline is very conventional, it is quite interesting as all the characters have some sort of reason to be there.
The director is Minato Mirai(storyboard for the "Fate Prisma Illya" series), who has little experience, but the script and composition are by Yokote Michiko("Jyoshiraku," "SHIROBAKO"), who has a good track record. The voice casts is also well rounded, including Hanae Natsuki ("Tokyo Ghoul"), Ohashi Ayaka("The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls"), Minase Inori("Is Your Order a Rabbit?"), Mimori Suzuko("LoveLive!"), Hayami Saori("Snow White with the Red Hair"), Ogura Yui("The "Hentai" Prince and the Stony Cat."), etc.
Overall, the graphics are beautiful and the tempo is fast and quite interesting to watch.
