A new original anime television series premiered in Apr/2021 which is not an adaptation.
The story about the squadron of five good-looking men who are trying to reform the world, but its overexposed and dramatized depiction have made the anime quite eccentric.
Contrary to its stupid concept, production is entirely serious. Created by STUDIO COMET (Jewelpet, Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! Love!). Directed by Masakazu Hishida (“Rilu Rilu Fairilu”, “KING OF PRISM -Shiny Seven Stars-”). Scripted by Jo Aoba (The other name of Masakazu Hishida). The characters are designed by three persons, Shoko Nagasawa (drawer of “Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! Love!”) for their human appearance, Andgy for their after-transformed appearance, and Tomoko Miyagawa for their mascot character (author of “Jewelpet”). And there is even a person in charge for the action scenes.
The main characters are played by young artists such as Shogo Sakata (“Tsugumomo”), Kohsuke Tanabe, Yutaka Barretta (“THE iDOLM@STER: SideM”), Taichi Kusano and Akihiro Hori et al. from Aoni Production (including former members).
The story is simple and straightforward. And the rewarding good and punishing evil storyline refreshes the viewers.
