It is the 15th of ONE PIECE movie, and the 3rd film in which original manga author Oda Eiichiro himself was involved as executive producer, following "ONE PIECE FILM Z" (2012) and "ONE PIECE FILM GOLD"(2016).
In ONE PIECE movie, new original character appears and takes a big role, and this time, a character named Uta, the daughter of Shanks, appears as a diva.
Voice actress Nazuka Kaori("Psalms of Planets Eureka seveN":Eureka) acts and real singer Ado performs the singing part of character Uta, who hopes for a peaceful world without pirates through song and performance.
Since the songs make up the main plot of the story, the music is also top-classed, with Nakata Yasutaka, Hata Motohiro, Sawano Hiroyuki, and others contributing to Uta(Singer Ado), all of whom were excellent.

The entire 115-minute film's storyline is simple enough to understand, with fascinating characters, and great music played in various scenes.
Ado's performance is just splendid.
A must-see in a movie theater with good sound.
