This is a re-edited version of the work that aired from Oct/2015 to Mar/2016 (1st season: 25 episodes) and from Oct/2016 to Mar/2017 (2nd season: 25 episodes).
The 50 episodes will be summarized into 9 episodes, so we do not know how much of the full story will be kept, but we would like to watch it once again, a grand epic drama borrowed from Gundam.

A new anime starting in Oct/2015.
It is a new Gundam series, but I paid attention to it because the director/composer duo is Nagai Ryusetsu and Okada Mari of "Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day" and "The Anthem of the Heart" fame.
Although the original story is based on Tomino Yoshiyuki's, there is only a bit of "original Gundam" taste. Rather than that, the main characters are front-line disposable troops like in "Mobile Suit Gundam The 08th MS Team", and the protagonist Mikazuki and the semi-protagonist Olga have a image relationship like Simon and Kamina in "Gurren Lagann”.
Having watched the first episode, it is interesting to see whether the fact that they are not Gundam-like.
