It's a ISEKAI TENSEI (reincarnation in another world) story, where two good friends, both office workers, are reincarnated, but the one who is not good-looking is reincarnated as a beautiful woman.
It is interesting that the story is completely comedic, with the handsome businessman reincarnated in a business suit, and the reincarnated beauty who still speaks in a male language.
