This is an anime adaptation of a light novel of very long title.
It's literally about the protagonist who was removed from a heroic party due to a lack of military strength, and how he slowly rebuilds his life in a rural town. The protagonist was not reincarnated into another world, but this work seems to be originally from a fantasy world.
The way he struggles between his will to carve out his own path and the "blessings" of the spirits, which to some extent define his abilities and characteristics, gives the impression of an Indian caste.
After watching episodes 1-3, it seems that the main character and his partner have a relaxed life, but on the other hand, there are occasional depictions of the heroic party's bleakness, and I look forward to seeing how these intersect in the future.
